1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the FLÖSS website or buy products through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
2. Products
We try to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, photography and physical products. Packaging may also change from time to time without changing the essential product.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when FLÖSS confirms acceptance or dispatch, depending on the checkout process.
We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
4. Prices & payment
Prices shown on the website are in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Payment must be made using an available checkout method.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we explicitly say otherwise. FLÖSS is not responsible for delays outside reasonable control, but we will do what we reasonably can to help resolve delivery issues.
6. Returns & cancellations
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within that time, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We will refund you, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have returned them. Sealed hygiene products cannot be returned once opened. 7. Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact FLÖSS as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal use. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the FLÖSS name, branding, graphics, copy, photography and other original site content belong to FLÖSS or are used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
10. Changes & law
We may update the website and these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
